Senior Wellness Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Wellness Nurse to join our healthcare team at LCB Senior Living, LLC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for patients to identify wellness needs.
  • Develop individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social aspects of patient health.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and coordinate care effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall wellness program.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in critical care practices and emergency response techniques.
  • Experience with airway management procedures.
  • Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment protocols.
  • Background in nursing home care or similar environments.
  • Competence in venipuncture and laboratory procedures.
  • Familiarity with ICU protocols and sterile processing techniques.
  • Experience in medical-surgical nursing practices.
  • Ability to catheterize patients when required.
