Key Responsibilities
  • Support the facilitation of enterprise reporting and analytics by administering tools, providing business-ready data sets, and assisting in delivering high-quality information to decision makers.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and practices, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive project success, leveraging your expertise in data modeling and designing data structures that optimize for business insights.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for key stakeholders, utilizing your skills in data visualization and analytics tools like Tableau and Alteryx.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 10+ years of combined post-secondary education and relevant work experience, with a focus on data governance, data management, or data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks or other cloud-based data analytics platforms, as well as experience with testing and validating data solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
