Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve established new business production targets and objectives.
  • Generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and various lead generation methods.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
  • Handle customer requests for policy modifications.

Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
  • A strong desire to learn, be resourceful, and remain open to coaching.
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and follow through on commitments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and independent self-starter.
