Job Description

LCG Advisors, a leading transaction advisory services firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our Management Consulting Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Carve-out Projects: Oversee the entire carve-out process, from initial assessment to execution, ensuring seamless separation of business units.
  • Develop Comprehensive Carve-out Plans: Create detailed plans, including data migration and transition roadmaps, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to identify and mitigate risks associated with the carve-out process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Transaction Support: Prepare information memoranda, data rooms, and due diligence reports to support clients in their transaction advisory needs.
  • Coordinate with Cross-functional Teams: Work with finance, operations, IT, and HR teams to ensure successful separation of business functions.
  • Advise on Post-transaction Integration: Provide guidance on post-transaction integration and support the stand-alone operation of carved-out entities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional Certifications: A CPA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or a related field, with a focus on carve-outs or divestitures.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a Big Four accounting firm or a specialized management consulting firm is preferred.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and/or managing workstreams as part of a larger project.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Travel: Flexibility for travel.
