  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.

  • Determine/specify product requirements for new customer inquiries.
  • Perform analysis on new inquiries/customers to determine business case go/no-go.
  • Communicate regularly with assigned customers to ensure all requirements are met, inquire as to forecasted orders and/or new applications.
  • Customer voice/liaison in new product development programs
  • Load system forecast by customer and part number for regular SIOP review.
  • Manage customer and internal sales related communications to optimize customer satisfaction.

  • Account management experience, specifically in government or defense sector.
  • Technical Sales & Program Management experience a plus.
  • Highly motivated & driven to deliver results that meet & exceed goals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
