Job Summary:

Jacent Strategic Merchandising, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the consumer buying experience by creating merchandising solutions in assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies are implemented.
  • Manage impulse item displays on clip strips and j-hooks in designated areas of supermarkets, including participating in merchandising resets and building retail displays.
  • Implement plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and stock rotation to optimize store layouts and drive sales.
