Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic insurance team at GPAC. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of commercial lines business and working closely with producers to service clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial lines market.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial lines clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Policy Administration: Prepare and process new and renewal policies, endorsements, certificates, and other related documents.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and other inquiries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry changes and trends, attending relevant training sessions and events as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
