Business Development Manager

Paul Davis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing brand awareness in the Northwest Arkansas and River Valley regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
- Organize and schedule regular business-to-business visits and events
- Manage marketing programs and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Utilize marketing technology software to track sales calls, leads, and referrals
- Collaborate with the franchisor and regional marketing manager to align business goals
- Manage social media accounts and monitor online reviews and feedback
- Attend business networking functions and community events to promote the business
- Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications degree
- Two or more years of sales and marketing experience
- Franchise, restoration, construction, or insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and project management capabilities
