Business Development Manager

Paul Davis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing brand awareness in the Northwest Arkansas and River Valley regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
  • Organize and schedule regular business-to-business visits and events
  • Manage marketing programs and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Utilize marketing technology software to track sales calls, leads, and referrals
  • Collaborate with the franchisor and regional marketing manager to align business goals
  • Manage social media accounts and monitor online reviews and feedback
  • Attend business networking functions and community events to promote the business
Requirements:
  • Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications degree
  • Two or more years of sales and marketing experience
  • Franchise, restoration, construction, or insurance industry experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and project management capabilities
