Job Title: Agency Account Manager

Spark Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Agency Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving forward Spark's continued growth and providing our new partners with the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Agency Principals, guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Drive daily active usage among top Spark agents, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies and processes to enhance partner experience.
  • Become an expert in all aspects of Spark's product and service offering.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Nimbly adapt to changes in internal workflow and process, as well as external agency factors.
  • Negotiate adjustments to partnership agreements in good faith with Agency Principals, ensuring alignment with Spark's framework.
  • Implement proactive practices to drive agency NPS, minimize churn, and create lasting partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, or customer success.
  • 2+ years of project management or onboarding/implementation experience.
  • Experience in a start-up environment, with the ability to adjust on the fly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Spanish fluency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
