Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance, write and edit emails, draft memos, manage calendars, make appointments, prioritize sensitive matters, and prepare communications on behalf of executives.

  • Clerical Support: Provide clerical support to other departments, including preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: 2-year degree in a related field or five years' experience as an executive assistant or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment with moderate noise levels.
