Job Description

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Greenville, NC branch location.

This role is responsible for managing all general office duties, including scanning, filing, answering phones, and greeting customers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including scanning, filing, and answering phones
  • Assist with New Hire Orientations and office events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
