About the Role

Movement Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
