Position Overview:

The Client Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position is essential for maintaining effective communication and support for both clients and staff.

Location: Odessa, MO

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, eligible for benefits; standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, with some flexibility required for additional shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage front desk operations, including reception duties.
  2. Perform data entry tasks and assist with client intake documentation.
  3. Verify insurance information and collect co-payments as necessary.
  4. Respond to all incoming calls and emails in a courteous manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Handle daily mail distribution and maintain inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  6. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all office equipment is functioning correctly.
  7. Adhere to daily schedules for client appointments and staff meetings.
  8. Maintain a tidy office environment.

Additional Duties:

  1. Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
  2. Uphold the standards outlined in the employee manual.
  3. Stay informed about updates and changes, communicating them to the Office Supervisor.
  4. Perform other tasks as assigned.
