Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

At 21c Museum Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest interactions are exceptional and that our hotel's high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise front desk staff and ensure that all front office operations are running smoothly.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest requests are met and that our hotel's standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and computerized systems.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
