Job Summary

As a Member Team Lead at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly. You will be the point of contact for members, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and providing guidance and support to our associates. You will also be responsible for managing the front-end operations, including processing transactions, handling claims and returns, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
* Manage the front-end operations, including processing transactions, handling claims and returns, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store
* Supervise and train associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities
* Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and inventory, to ensure seamless operations
* Develop and implement processes and practices to improve store operations and member satisfaction

Requirements

* 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and providing customer service
* Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

* Leading a front-end team, supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others
