Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Provide administrative support to employees, including data entry and document preparation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of full-time, or equivalent part-time experience in office work or in work which answering telephones and processing incoming and/or outgoing mail was a major duty
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
