Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks
  • Oversee and support all administrative tasks
  • Answer and handle incoming calls
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure effective communication
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Perform post office and bank runs as needed
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in implementing a parts inventory system
  • Provide additional administrative support as required
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
