Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to join our team at Three Point Solution. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our clients and candidates, ensuring seamless execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clients and candidates, including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, such as setting up and maintaining files, arranging meetings and conferences, and gathering and reporting on information.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal meetings, and building activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to address facility and building needs.
  • Assist with ordering office and workspace supplies.
  • Receive and greet customers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Issue control badges, record arrivals and departures, and operate a telephone answering system.
  • Manage company voice mail, general faxing, and incoming and outgoing mail.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
