Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while developing your skills and expertise in mental health advocacy and peer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to participants.
  • Connect participants with essential resources and services.
  • Advocate for participants' rights and interests.
  • Document all services delivered according to agency policies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • APS (Academy of Peer Services) certification or submission of application for certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Experience working in the mental health field, preferably in a peer support capacity.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
