This Mental Health and Addiction Peer Support Specialist role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping others and dedicated to advancing health equity. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with consumers to develop personalized recovery plans, connect them with community resources, and provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve their goals. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in various projects and initiatives that align with your interests and skills, such as facilitating training events and collaborating with our clinical team to implement intensive care coordination services.

We're looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, active peer support specialist state certification, and one year of experience working with community resources. You should also have a demonstrated understanding of recovery principles and resiliency, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are also essential for this role. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $19.47 to $38.08 per hour, based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.
