Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards. We also offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

This Peer Bridging Specialist role models and promotes the principles of recovery and self-help, advocating for participants' civil rights and liberties while maintaining confidentiality in all matters related to the position. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services within the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, facilitate activities that promote services, and maintain a formal office area organized to reflect our services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, APS certification, and experience as a current or former recipient of mental health services. You should also possess basic knowledge of Self-Help Techniques, be patient and supportive with consumers, and have good office skills. Additionally, you may need to complete required paperwork and enter information into the Acclaim (Foothold) database program in a timely and accurate manner.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The physical demands of this position include regular talking and listening, frequent use of hands or fingers, occasional standing, walking, sitting, and reaching. You may occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, and specific vision abilities are required. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
