Role Summary:

We are in search of a proactive Full-Cycle, Outbound Inside Sales Representative who possesses a solid history of success in a dynamic sales environment. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, results-driven, and adept at cold calling and innovative prospecting techniques, utilizing a combination of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with the right contacts and meet sales objectives. Familiarity with sales sequencing tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify and analyze potential leads through diverse channels (e.g., social media, industry events, referrals);
    • Assess leads to determine their fit and potential.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Engage prospects through phone, email, and other communication methods;
    • Showcase and articulate the value of our products/services to prospective clients;
    • Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure;
    • Craft and present proposals and quotes tailored to client requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients;
    • Address client inquiries, offer solutions, and resolve issues in a timely manner;
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting and Administration:
    • Maintain precise records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal statuses within our CRM system;
    • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights;
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to devise and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape;
    • Engage in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a call center sales environment or 1 year of B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) success in a fast-paced sales context using various contact methods and tools, including phone, emails, and LinkedIn messaging;
  • Technical Skills: Required experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and a sales engagement platform. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoominfo is advantageous.
