Role Summary:
We are in search of a motivated Full-Cycle Inside Sales Representative who excels in a fast-paced sales setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to generate leads through cold calling and innovative prospecting techniques, utilizing various communication methods to connect with potential clients and meet sales objectives. Familiarity with sales sequencing tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential leads across multiple channels;
- Assess leads to evaluate their potential and fit.
- Sales Management:
- Engage prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels;
- Effectively present and illustrate the benefits of our offerings;
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing;
- Craft and present customized proposals based on client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients;
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions;
- Conduct follow-ups post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM;
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and market insights;
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and meet sales targets.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge;
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance sales capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales-focused call center or B2B sales role;
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, along with experience in sales engagement platforms.
