Job Summary

The VP-level Data Risk and Compliance Manager is a critical role within Natixis, responsible for developing, implementing, and operating the company's Data Risk Management and Privacy program. This position will work closely with the Information Security, Legal, and Compliance functions to establish data management, data protection, and privacy capabilities that meet regulatory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data Risk Management and Privacy Program: Establish standards, review policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local regulations across all countries of operation.
  • Monitor and Analyze Business Processes: Continuously monitor changes to local laws and regulations, and conduct independent assessments on the accuracy, completeness, and adequacy of firms data management, data protection, and privacy operations.
  • Participate in Risk Tracking and Reporting: Develop and deliver privacy training to various business functions, and participate in data management, data protection, and privacy risk tracking, trending, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration, or Risk Management (or equivalent professional qualification), Master's Degree desirable.
  • Experience: 6+ years' experience specifically related to Privacy and/or Technology Risk Management, with prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of data privacy and data protection regulations and major privacy frameworks, experience with GRC tools and other risk management information systems, and industry recognized certifications for Data Protection and/or Privacy.
What We Offer

Natixis offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000, a generous benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a leading financial institution. The actual base salary will vary based on relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
