Position Overview:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) division at US Tech Solutions is in search of a Technology Risk & Compliance Manager to spearhead various operational resilience remediation projects in alignment with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and enhance the ERM's technology risk and compliance framework.
  • Collaborate in the formulation and execution of ERM strategies, tools, policies, and procedures for identifying, capturing, and evaluating technology-related risks and controls.
  • Aid in the verification and documentation of the technology risk and compliance inventory.
  • Partner with Divisional and Business Unit Technology teams to promote risk frameworks and assessments concerning products and their associated infrastructure.
  • Facilitate the annual risk and control self-assessments of the technology risk landscape.
  • Assist in identifying both quantitative and qualitative technology risk metrics. Develop technology risk reporting and dashboards. Support Business Unit Risk Officers in reporting risks to senior management.
  • Contribute to enhancements in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Over 8 years of experience in technology risk management, technology auditing, and/or compliance within the financial services sector, particularly in capital markets.
  • Profound understanding of technology risk management principles and internal control frameworks. Proven experience in implementing and supporting a technology risk management framework in a complex organizational environment.
  • Ability to assess operational or technological measures to evaluate risks and the effectiveness of controls.
  • Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining technology-related policies, procedures, guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of technology risk management frameworks, including COSO, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Familiarity with operational resilience concepts and experience in operational resilience-related regulatory programs.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills; capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in cultivating relationships and collaborating with various stakeholders, including business leaders, legal teams, internal audit, and technology across different regions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
