Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Traeger Wood Pellet Grills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and delivering exceptional service to our customers in the Illinois and Wisconsin territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve the selling experience at each retailer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, including regular visits and overnight stays in the field.
  • Plan, forecast, and land financial targets on an annual and quarterly basis to drive net revenue for Traeger and our accounts.
  • Develop and implement account assortments based on strategic direction and available space to maximize commerciality.
  • Provide training and demonstrations to shop employees on grills, techniques, merchandising best practices, and how to sell, service, and represent Traeger at retail.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in account management or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar B2B regional/national sales, account management, and marketing experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred, or similar CRM experience.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Detailed-oriented with a high level of organization.
