Medical Director, Primary Care Health Center

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Primary Care Health Center team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding quality improvement programs, supporting career development of managers, providers, and staff, and designing programs and services that meet the needs of our diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities- Direct patient care (30%);

Our Primary Care division is at the center of San Francisco Health Network's complete system of care. We provide high-quality, compassionate care to the City's children, youth, adults, and elders regardless of immigration status or ability to pay. Our health centers offer a range of services, including prenatal care and family planning services, integrated behavioral health and substance use services, dental, gender health, nutrition, pharmacy, and podiatry services, and care for people experiencing homelessness and refugees/asylum seekers.

Requirements- Possession of a valid license to practice medicine issued by the Medical Board of California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of California;
- Possession of valid Board Certification in the appropriate medical specialty area for the assigned facility or division;
- Three (3) years of post-residency experience as a practicing physician in the respective medical specialty area;
