AIDS Healthcare Foundation is a leading public health organization with a network of services that include healthcare centers, pharmacies, and wellness clinics. We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at an AHF HIV primary care outpatient facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to underserved populations, including the LGBTQ community and individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
- Collaborate with a full staff committed to serving the community, including a Practice Manager, Medical Assistants, and Registered Nurses.
- Participate in a shared call schedule and enjoy a 100% outpatient practice with no nights or weekends.
- Contribute to the organization's leadership in HIV and LGBTQ health research.
- Support the development of a full support team to ensure excellent patient care.
- Must possess a Medical Board license (MD/DO/RNP) in Internal/Family Medicine/Adult Gerontology/Infectious Disease.
- Valid DEA and Furnishing license.
- Comfortable with seeing up to 15-18 patients per day.
- Prior experience or interest in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting.
- Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
