We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our primary care clinical teams within a region. Key Responsibilities- Lead Clinical Teams: Supervise and manage a team of physicians, PAs, and NPs to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve clinical excellence.
- Operationalize Clinical Strategy: Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business performance, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the patient experience.
- Manage Financial Outcomes: Analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
- Quality Management: Focus on quality metrics, patient safety, and regulatory compliance to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clinic leadership, district medical directors, and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Active Medical License: Must have an active MD, DO, NP, or PA license, board certified or board eligible.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience leading primary care teams in a practice setting.
- Clinical Expertise: Deep understanding of evidence-based practices and guidelines in primary care.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of financial statements, P&L management, and HR business processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.
