Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone interviews with patients to determine their monthly service needs and amounts.
  • Update patient accounts as needed, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Perform advanced file maintenance on patient records and information systems.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, communicating effectively with patients of various ages and abilities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Preferred experience in utilization review, CNA, Medical Assistant, or Medical Tech.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
