  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans from admission to discharge.
  • Utilize clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure seamless transitions of care across the continuum.
  • Monitor quality metrics and maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
Requirements
  • New York State Valid Nursing License
  • Minimum 8 years of healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records
  • Current or recent bedside RN experience
Preferred Requirements
  • BSN
