Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring a comfortable and tidy space for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
  • Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services required.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in front desk or dental receptionist roles.
  • Familiarity with event planning or administrative tasks.
  • Strong project coordination skills.
  • Computer literacy for basic clerical tasks.
