Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in performing administrative duties and providing general office support. This position assists with managing office facilities, offers miscellaneous clerical support, and coordinates office activities and functions. The position reports directly to the Human Resources Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support for staff as needed.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel accommodations, and rental cars.
  • Receives packages and inter-office mail, delivering them promptly.
  • coordinates maintenance of office equipment; performs minor maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Receives visitors and vendors, interacts with people inside and outside the organization.
  • Assists with meeting and event arrangements as requested.
  • Maintains filing systems as needed.
  • Orders and purchases facility supplies and services, ensuring upkeep of common areas.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Salary Range

$16.19 - $31.70 per hour.
