Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to staff members, manage databases, and serve as the first point of contact for members, donors, and the public. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $58,000-$62,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception and administrative support to staff members
  • Manage databases, including membership and donor information
  • Serve as the first point of contact for members, donors, and the public
  • Coordinate staff meetings and other team events
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience in an administrative role
  • Strong database management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
