Job Summary

">

The Administrative Assistant performs administrative duties and provides general office support. This role assists with managing office facilities, provides miscellaneous clerical support, coordinates office activities and functions, and reports to the Human Resources Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provides administrative support for staff as needed.">
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously and with accuracy.">
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel accommodations, and rental cars.">
  • Receives packages and inter-office mail, delivers them, and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.">
  • Receives visitors and vendors, interacts with people inside and outside the organization, and forwards general mailbox calls.">
  • Assists with meeting and event arrangements as requested.">
  • Maintains filing systems as needed.">
  • Assists with office management, plans, orders, and purchases facility supplies and services, and upkeep of common areas.">
  • Performs additional responsibilities as required.">

Salary Range: $16.19 - $31.70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
