Job Title: Help Desk Technician

At Golden Star Technology, we are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure new hardware and software
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local printers and scanners
  • Manage IT ticket queue and meet SLA requirements
  • Coordinate with next level support for complex issues
  • Provide technical assistance during installations and conversions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in desk side support
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A+ certification preferred
  • US citizen or permanent resident required
