Job Description

The Customer Success Manager role at FieldClock is a dynamic position that requires a go-getter who welcomes the challenges of a growing business. This individual will lead from the trenches, crafting customer success strategies and building strong relationships with top-tier customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute customer success strategies to ensure maximum value realization for assigned accounts.
  • Establish relationships as a trusted advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent customer-facing skills, tech savvy (familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and Loom), and a track record of analyzing and optimizing usage, adoption, and revenue for high-dollar customers. Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment are essential.
