The Ideal Candidate

We seek an experienced professional with a strong track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or finance. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Banker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to branch customers
  • Processing new account transactions and assisting customers in selecting various accounts and financial services
  • Cross-selling the Bank's products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Assisting with vault duties and balancing cash drawers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
