Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our strategic expansion plans. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a thriving organization and contribute to its future growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify new location opportunities and develop data-driven expansion strategies.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and industry partners, to establish strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Develop and manage the expansion budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a compelling return on investment (ROI), while aligning with our overall financial objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment to achieve strategic goals.
- Employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to clearly articulate the value proposition of our practice and secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to build and motivate a team.
