We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to take on the role of Customer Success Manager for our Enterprise segment. This position will be pivotal in managing relationships with our most significant midmarket and Enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing a strong post-sale relationship with clients to ensure their desired value outcomes are achieved.
  • Providing expert guidance on how to align customer objectives with our product capabilities.
  • Building and nurturing relationships across various departments within your client organizations to enhance partnerships and foster advocacy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects and Sales, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Utilizing data analytics to uncover opportunities for clients to enhance their value from our offerings and effectively communicating these insights.
  • Leading retrospectives to demonstrate the value delivered and seeking feedback from key stakeholders.
  • Advising clients on effective change management strategies to integrate our solutions seamlessly.
  • Managing renewal forecasts and identifying potential risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and best practices to serve as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years in customer success management, particularly with large Enterprise clients.
  • Experience in managing renewal forecasts and SaaS relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present strategic insights to executive audiences.
  • Project and change management expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer success software platforms is preferred.
