Job Overview

Alluvionic is in search of a Program Analyst I for Operations Security to join our Tactical Operations Division. This role involves engaging in diverse and complex tasks that require creativity and analytical thinking.


Eligibility:

Must be a U.S. Citizen.


Security Clearance:

Active T4 Public Trust Background Investigation (BI) is required.


Work Environment:

This is an ON-SITE position.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily monitoring of shared OSP mailboxes (InTP, OPSEC, SPM) and providing assistance to personnel.
  • Reviewing unofficial foreign travel requests from personnel and other reportable activities.
  • Preparing and dispatching email communications regarding unofficial foreign travel.
  • Sending monthly reminders and calendar invites for scheduled HQ shred runs.
  • Updating and coordinating digital signage for the HQ Elevator Lobby Monitor related to shred runs.
  • Executing monthly HQ shred runs and ensuring proper documentation is submitted.
  • Creating new publications, posters, and forms to support the OPSEC program.
  • Evaluating and suggesting updates to current training courses related to OPSEC.
  • Assisting with the National OPSEC Program by drafting annual self-assessment checklists.
  • Reviewing and recommending changes to the OPSEC website.
  • Preparing documentation and organizing events for OPSEC Month Campaign.
  • Updating designations for District/Division Security Program Officers and Operations Security Coordinators.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
  • High level of confidentiality is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Government Travel Clerk.
  • Familiarity with Justice Security Tracking and Adjudication Record System (JSTARS).
