Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will engage in analytical evaluations of diverse policies, projects, and programs, contributing to research initiatives and organizational functions. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning, development, administration, and management of policies and programs.
- Interpreting, monitoring, and analyzing information related to policies and procedures.
- Providing consultative services to department administrators and stakeholders.
Research Focus: The Project Policy Analyst will collaborate with a national, multicultural, and multilingual team dedicated to enhancing behavioral health outcomes and addressing health disparities. The role will emphasize community engagement and public policy stakeholder involvement across various projects related to digital health, behavioral health, and policy implementation science.
Examples of Projects: The analyst will contribute to initiatives such as the implementation of a digital health application in collaboration with Court Appointed Special Advocate programs and a data indicators project aimed at improving behavioral health outcomes across populations.
Collaboration and Support: Under the guidance of a supervisor, the analyst will work closely with research collaborators to coordinate and support community engagement and public policy activities associated with broader behavioral health initiatives. Responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating participant recruitment, consent, enrollment, and retention.
- Conducting primary and secondary data collection and managing databases.
- Engaging with local, state, and federal partners to develop and implement behavioral health policy projects.
- Supporting the implementation of digital mental health interventions.
- Preparing reports and necessary documentation for various stakeholders.
Work Environment: The position is primarily based in a designated office location, with potential travel required for community engagement activities.
