About the Role

Winholt Equipment is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to increase sales and product presence on Amazon and other third-party marketplaces.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for eBay, Newegg, and other third-party marketplaces, identifying new opportunities and optimizing product listings.
  • Manage weekly product uploads and updates on our websites, including merchandising new products and optimizing product pages.
  • Assist with creative content management, including updating homepages, blogs, and key content pages.
  • Provide weekly sales status reports and track monthly sales targets to ensure alignment with online sales plans.
  • Support email and eblast marketing execution, from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Analyze competitive products and competitors, providing insights to inform e-commerce best practices and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with our marketing agency to launch new products, including packaging, print, online advertising, direct mail marketing, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform e-commerce strategies and sales initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales and customer service, preferably with Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Working knowledge of retail business acumen and e-commerce best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, e-commerce platforms, and Excel.
  • SEO and Google Analytics skills, with knowledge of HTML, Java, and WordPress a plus.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a creative approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
