Freshworks seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to expand our presence within the Fortune 1000 space. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by developing strong relationships with senior-level executives, identifying business opportunities, and crafting innovative solutions to meet their needs.

This position demands a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales engineering, to create seamless end-to-end experiences for prospects and clients. Key responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and negotiating high-value deals.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Solution Selling: Develop strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, leveraging Freshworks' solutions to drive business results.
  • Business Development: Identify new revenue streams and develop go-to-market strategies to capture emerging opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through medium- to long-term sales cycles.
The annual base salary range for this position is $104,000 — $143,500 USD + Variable Compensation.
