Account Executive

Helm Inc & Promotions is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth, you will be pivotal in developing new customer relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring that our solutions align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create long-term partnerships and ensure their needs are met.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and achieve annual sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Create and manage sales pipeline efforts. Participate in the annual budgeting process and adjust sales plans based on forecasted expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and IT teams to develop and deliver effective solutions.
- Market Insight: Monitor competitive products and marketing activities to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Performance Tracking: Track and measure the success of business efforts to ensure goals are met.
