  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and storage spaces
  • Executing various cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste management
  • Safely handling cleaning agents and supplies
  • Efficiently receiving and organizing incoming packages
  • Maintaining the appearance of plants and landscaping
  • Assisting with deliveries and overseeing customer parking
  • Operating machinery such as forklifts and managing mooring lines as necessary
  • Possibility of integrating duties with Yard Attendant responsibilities
