Position Overview
The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities. This role involves performing a range of cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of buildings and facilities through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface cleaning.
- Sanitize sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, and kitchen appliances in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes.
- Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens as needed.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
- Clean walls, woodwork, doors, and baseboards to uphold facility standards.
- Address special requests from clients as per guidelines.
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs or repairs.
Additional Information / Benefits
- Benefits include paid sick leave.
- This is a Part-Time role, scheduled for 1st Shift, available Monday through Sunday, from 7 am to 10 am.
