Job Summary

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled Sales Admin Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Admin Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing key accounts, providing administrative support, and coordinating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient operations.
  • Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and reports to drive business growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Track sales performance, prepare monthly sales reports, and update customer databases to inform business decisions.
  • Support marketing activities such as product launches and promotions to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demands.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
