  • Closed Monitoring
    • Mitigate risks associated with onboarding new candidates with adverse records.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard agents with adverse records and ensure close monitoring is implemented.
    • Review the quality of close monitoring requirements for selected agents and follow up on any lapses in processes or documentation.
  • Welcome Call
    • Review the results of assigned welcome call surveys and follow up on any lapses in processes or documentation.
  • Communications
    • Review and ensure the dissemination of communication deliverables are achieved and updated in our iKnow Sharepoint.
    • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Manager to meet operational and other requirements.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Tertiary education is required.
  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in the life insurance industry would be advantageous.
  • Preferred Certifications/Licenses
    • Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Examinations Module 5 (Rules & Regulations for Financial Advisory Services)
