About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. As a member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and test software applications for our cloud contact center platforms. You will collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and team members to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in IVR and ACD development, CXone Studio scripting, and CRM integration will be invaluable to our team. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving complex problems, this role may be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop software applications for cloud contact center platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Participate in code reviews and unit testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during the QA process

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in IVR and ACD development
- 4 or more years of CXone Studio scripting experience
- Strong understanding of CRM integration
- Experience with cloud telephony platforms such as Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8 telephony platform
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, EAP, critical illness insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
